Today, in the time of science and technology rapid development, how to use scientific means of enterprise human resources management has been the subject of today’s enterprise human resources management. People want more that strategic role of human resource management is to manage enterprise, to make management of the talent, solve the problem of organization, to reach the company business goals and mission, etc. The change of human resource management practices and design must be linked with the requirement of business development, break the barrier of the functions, system integration, but the technology and methods are also the difficulties of enterprise human resource reformation. So. can introduce the method of project management into human resource management change? How should the specifics be put into use?In this paper, combining the theory of human resource management and my experience through the questionnaire survey method, observation method, and conduct interviews, I studied the business background of Z company, human resources management present situation, the past problem of the human resource management, and found that human resource management change mainly exists in the following five kinds of practical problems: First, human resource management change is out of the company management practice; Second, human resources management reform goal is not clear, not a system; Third, human resource management change is out of the other functional departments; Fourth, human resource management change actions lack consistency; Fifth, leaders did not seriously participate in decision making. In this paper, aiming at these problems, combined with the project management theory and method of project management are analyzed in detail the methods and tools for the role of human resource management change, and in Z company, for example, put the method of project management application into the human resource management change project, from the project scope management, project time management, project risk management, project human resource management, project communication management five aspects, research the feasibility study, the WBS, project schedule Gantt chart, project milestones, project responsibility matrix organizational design, project management methods and tools in human resources management transformation project and the application effect. Finally adopts the method of project management application in Z company human resources transformation project, let The Z company ultimately successfully complete the human resources management.
