Study On The Impact Of FDI On Carbon Emission In China's Bohai Rim Region

Since China's reform and opening to the outside world,the control of foreign investment has been loosening.By the end of 2016,China's total amount of FDI has reached a level of $800 billion,and FDI has made great contributions to the rapid economic development of our country.At the same time,there are many negative effects,among which the problem of environmental pollution is the most worrying.According to the analysis data of the U.S.Department of energy carbon dioxide information monitoring center showed Chinese as early as carbon emissions in 2005 overtook America to become the world's largest carbon emitter,a large number of coal combustion causes not only exceed the standard emission of carbon dioxide,the by-product of two oxygen sulfur and dust aggravates China generated haze,a great threat to the daily life of residents.At present,the increasingly serious environmental problems have aroused widespread concern around the world.The region of Bohai is the third largest economic zone in China,with great potential for its economic development.In the past 10 years of FDI growth in the area of the Bohai sea,China's FDI growth rate is in the forefront,Hebei,Shandong,Liaoning and other provinces as the central provinces of China's heavy industry,high energy consumption,coal based fossil energy use is located in the three major economic zones for the first time.The huge energy consumption has brought serious problems to the environment.Therefore,study on the problems in the region of carbon emissions of great significance,this thesis takes the degree of carbon dioxide emission in China is the most serious of the Bohai Economic Zone,the specific data of the Bohai Sea Economic Zone in different provinces were collected,analyzed from the perspective of three effects of FDI,simultaneous regression equations,different degrees of impact measurement FDI the effect of carbon emissions in China,and the empirical analysis conclusion to put forward the policy suggestions of industrial structure adjustment feasible,at the same time to solve the ring economic growth of Bohai Economic Zone,but also reduce harmful gas emissions in the region,in order to protect the ecological environment of our country and even the whole world.
