Research On The Evaluation Method Of Green Degree Of The Construction Engineering

When the Sustainable Development has become an inevitable choice for the coordinated development between the human and the nature,the construction industry has also emerged itself in “Green Wave” because of its negative impacts and large energy consumption.The green building has become a necessary choice for the Sustainable Development.The building life cycle is composed of decision-making phase,construction phase,using phase and pulling down stage,the green idea should been run through.The construction phase as an important part of the building life cycle,the impact on the environment and the consumption of resources is the most direct and concentrated,becoming the key to practice the Sustainable Development of the construction industry.The green construction has become an inevitable choice.The green construction evaluation is benefit for prompting the development of green construction,and whether the evaluation system and the evaluation method is scientific will affect the result of evaluation.Based on the theory of green construction evaluation,the article applies the “Press-State-Response”(PSR)theory to the green construction,analyzing the green degree from environmental impact,resource utilization,comprehensive management and technical support,and select sub-indicators by refining the four indicators.Then establish the index system,as the foundation of green construction evaluation.This article firstly introduces the background and significance of the topic,then summarizes the results of domestic and foreign research by consulting a number of literatures,and they are references for the following research;Secondly,the relevant theories of green construction are introduced,including the theory of green construction,the theory of green degree of construction,the theory of PSR;Thirdly,the evaluation index system of construction green degree is constructed after thinking about the principles of building index system.The connotation and evaluation criteria of each index are defined.In order to avoid negative impacts of different evaluation units on the green construction evaluation,the article uses linear dimensionless processing methods to standardize the indicators;Fourthly,after analyzing the defects of traditional different weight calculation method,the weight calculation model based on DEMATEL method is established,and the construction green degree evaluation model is constructed by using the theory of TOPSIS after analyzing the defects of traditional different evaluation method;Finally,the evaluation model is applied to the Poly Plaza Shopping Center(A2)project,aiming at testing whether the evaluation method is feasible.
