With the rapid development of urbanization in China,urban population increasing rapidly,density of urban residential buildings is stepping up and the height of buildings is rising,leading to the deteriorating outdoor environment of residential areas,the rapid growth of building energy consumption,the energy crisis and the deterioration of ecological environment are becoming more and more serious.So the planning and design from the perspective of energy conservation and climate adaptability is an important means to save resources and improve the living environment.The outdoor wind environment of residential area affects the comfort of the pedestrian in the residential area,the diffusion of the polluted gas and the effect of indoor natural ventilation.In the past,the designers of residential area planning are keen on the pursuit of space form and beauty in form,while ignoring the residential environment and energy considerations.This paper aiming at the Planning factors such as building monomer,building space,building orientation,building layout and greening layout that influence the residential wind environment of residential area,using the numerical simulation method of CFD,with the wind speed ratio,wind pressure as the evaluation criteria,to explore the impact of planning factors on residential wind environment,and on the basis of the explore propose the planning and design strategies of residential district based on wind environment optimization.The main contents were shown in the following aspects:(1)The theory of numerical simulation of wind environment is expounded,and the current widely used wind environment evaluation index is analyzed,then puts forward the evaluation method of wind speed ratio and wind pressure.(2)By using the methods of single factor analysis of changes in different architectural elements,architectural combination elements,buildings layout,greening layout that influence the wind environment,comparative analysis and comprehensive summary of the simulation results to obtain some qualitative and quantitative relation.(3)On the use of the previous simulator investigation conclusion,based on the climate characteristics of Hengyang City,from the perspective of building a good wind environment,raising the strategies of planning and design of residential district in Hengyang city,to provide guidance for the planning and design of the local residential area,and with reference to other city.
