This study obtained the wild medicinal plants in Xiahe County through the investigation of the present situation of wild medicinal plant resources in Xiahe County.The species,the composition and distribution of the pedigree,and other primary materials were then analyzed from species diversity,genera diversity,life style diversity,floristic division composition,vertical distribution pattern,and medicinal properties.In addition,calculations were also performed.The reserves of13 kinds of common medicinal plants in the sample plots were investigated,and development and utilization were investigated.Rare and endangered medicinal plants were statistically analyzed.Based on this,the suggestions for the development,utilization and protection of Medicinal Plant Resources in Xiahe County were proposed in order to provide reference for the research on the protection of Medicinal Plant Resources and Diversity in Xiahe County.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)There are 254 species,258 genera,and 76 families of medicinal plants in Xiahe County,including 2 families,2 genera,and 3 species of phytocomycetes,accounting for the county's survey 0.55% of the total species;there are 8 families,9genera and 12 species of ferns,accounting for 2.22% of the total species surveyed in the county;gymnosperms have 2 families,2 genera,and 4 species,accounting for the total species surveyed in the county 0.74% of the number;522 species of 245 genera in 64 families of angiosperms,accounting for 96.49% of the total species surveyed in the county.(2)Comparing the results of the family,there are 78 families of medicinal plant in Xiahe County,23 families in the regional single species,accounting for 32.26% of the 76 families,accounting for 4.25% of the total number of species,representing a larger proportion of the family.This species has a small proportion;the region contains 2 to 5 species of 30 species of oligospecies,accounting for 39.47% of 76 families,accounting for 15.90% of the total species,although the proportion of the total species is not high,but The number of subjects is more.In the 258 genera ofV Tibetan medicinal plants,there were 163 genera in the region,accounting for 63.18%of the 258 genera,accounting for a high proportion.The species within the genus accounted for 30.13% of the total species investigated,including of 2 to 5 species of oligospecies belonged to 82 genera,accounting for 31.78% of the total number of surveyed species,and species within the genus accounted for 44.92% of the total species investigated.The total number of genera in the total accounted for 94.96% of all genera,which accounted for nearly 75.05% of all species.(3)The types of life types of wild medicinal plants in Xiahe County were divided into 5 categories,among which perennial herbs accounted for the largest proportion,accounting for 65.99% of the species;followed by annual and biennial herbs and shrubs for medicinal plants,which accounted for the investigation of medicines.18.30% and 13.31% of the total plant species were used;the lowest proportion was species of vine and arbor,which together accounted for 2.40% of the total number of medicinal species in wild Tibet.(4)During the investigation of medicinal plant resources in Xiahe County,two new records were identified and studied in Gansu Province.The two newly recorded species were Elsholtzia cephalantha Hand.-Mazz.and Acomastylis elata(Wallich ex G.Don.)F.Bolle).(5)According to the different parts of medicines,the medicinal parts of medicinal plants in Xiahe County can be divided into 8 categories,among which 271 species are the most commonly used as herbs,accounting for 50.65% of total species;followed by roots and roots,with 147 The species accounted for 27.48% of the total species;The others were flower,fruit and seed,leaf,stem and wood,bark.According to different medicines,the medicinal effects of medicinal plants in Xiahe County can be divided into 5 categories,among which the coldest medicine is the most common,accounting for 33.27% of the total number of medicinal plants in the middle Tibet of the entire county;followed by warm medicine and cool medicine.,accounting for 23.82% and 22.24% of the total species;again,flat drugs accounted for19.49% of the total species;the hottest drugs were the least,accounting for 1.18% of the total species.According to different herbs,the medicinal properties of medicinal plants in Xiahe County can be divided into 7 categories,with the most bitter taste medicines,accounting for 45.85% of the total number of medicinal plants in middle Tibet,and the rest being 22.88% of the total species.The total number of species was 18.33%;The astringency drug was 5.31%;The light drug was 3.67%;The acid drug was3.67%;The salty drug was the least,accounting for 0.27.%.According to different efficacy,the medicinal effect of medicinal plants in Xiahe County can be divided into 21 categories,with the highest number of heat-removing medicines,39 families,102 genera and 214 species,followed by analgesic drugs,blood-activating drugs,and hemostatic drugs.(6)The dominant families of wild medicinal plants in Xiahe County are Compositae,Leguminosae,Gentianaceae,Scrophulariaceae,Rosaceae,Ranunculaceae,Labiatae,and Umbelliferae.Among the floristic types of medicinal seed plants in Xiahe County,there are 30 families in the world,accounting for45.45% of the total number of wild medicinal seed plants;20 families in the sub-temperate distribution families,accounting for 30.31.%;tropical distribution of a total of 16 families,accounting for 24.24% of the total number of subjects.Of the genus,there are 203 genera in the temperate zone,of which 104 species belong to the north temperate,accounting for 42.11% of the total number of genera.According to the distribution type,49 species belong to the temperate zone of the Old World.19.84% of the genus number,according to the second place of each distribution type;followed by the more wider distribution in world of 34 genera;tropical distribution of the genera is 10 genera;This fully explains the temperate nature of the flora of Xiahe County.(7)Divide the resources of medicinal plants in Xiahe County into three regions,(1)wild Chinese herbal medicine area in alpine meadow grasslands,and the main key medicinal plants are Descurainia sophia(L.)Webb ex Prantl.,Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.,Lepidium apetalum willd.,Nardostachys jatamansi DC.,Gentiana straminea Maxim.,Gentiana macrophylla Pallas.,Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke)Hoeck.(2)Warm temperate zone,temperate forest wild Chinese medicine area,the main focus of the medicinal plants are Paeonia veitchii Lynch.,DioscoreaVII nipponica Makino.,Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.,Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz.,Fritillaria przewalskii Maxim.ex Batalin.,Notopterygium franchetii H.de Boissieu,Tussilago farfara L.,Geum aleppicum Jacq.,Sinopodophyllum hexandrum(Royle)Ying,Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.,Panax pseudoginseng Wall.var.bipinnatifidus(Seem.)Li.,Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce,Polygonum aviculare L.(3)Subalpine shrubs and coniferous forests in wild Chinese medicine areas.The main focus of medicinal plants are Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis Rousi,Lepidium apetalum willd.,Thlaspi arvense L.,Paeonia veitchii Lynch.,Cimicifuga foetida L.,Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.(8)According to the distribution of vegetation types in Xiahe,which is divided into six habitat type vegetation belts according to the elevation gradient.The highest heterogeneity index is the alpine shrub belt(DG = 4.4657),followed by the alpine meadow belt.(DG = 4.1274),lowest in the Alpine meadow(DG = 1.1213).The highest and lowest branch-level diversity indices are consistent with the diversity index at the genus level.The order of the G-F index is: alpine shrub belt> alpine meadow belt>coniferous forest belt> coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest belt> broad-leaved forest belt> alpine meadow.(9)The distribution of Xiahe County focuses on the statistical analysis of the 13 common reserves in 45 species of wild medicinal plant resources.The distribution area of Bupleurum chinense DC.and Aconitum gymnandrum Maxim.is large,and the reserves of Bupleurum chinense DC.and Stellera chamaejasme L.are relatively abundant..According to the results of the survey and combined with the actual situation in Xiahe County,there is rich in biomass.The resources of middle Tibet Medicinal Plants that can be appropriately developed and utilized are:Bupleurum chinense DC.,Nardostachys jatamansi DC.,Aconitum gymnandrum Maxim.,Polygonum aviculare L.,Lepidium apetalum willd.,Stellera chamaejasme L.,Paeonia veitchii Lynch.(10)Xiahe County has a total of 16 national endangered protected plants,8 of which are endemic to China and 8 species of national key protected wild herbs.There are two species of endangered genus(Anisodus tanguticus(Maxim.)Pascher)andMeconopsis punicea Maxim.There are rare plants,such as Pomatosace filicula Maxim.and Sinopodophyllum.Hexandrum(Royle)Ying 2 species,both belong to the national level 2 protected plants.
