An Investigation And Research About Cross-cultural Adaptation Of Chinese Volunteer Teachers In Philippines

With the constantly developing and improving of CVT(Chinese Volunteer teacher)Program,In order to promote CI-AUF's development, making better international promotion of Chinese language, we need to pay more attention to the teachers of CVT Program as well as detect different problems of Chinese volunteer teachers.This thesis investigate and research the Chinese volunteer teachers of CI-AUF,2015-2016, with questionnaires and interviews. First, According to statistical analysis on the questionnaires, combining the basic information and interviews on volunteers,summary of some of the existing problems of volunteer teachers in coping up with living in the CVT's work area. Second, it discusses the underlying causes of the problems mentioned. Lastly, combining the opinions of the volunteers, the result of the research. This thesis puts forward some suggestions on CVT Program,CI-AUF and the CVTs' cross-cultural adaptation.
