Research On Hu Jintao's Cultural Construction Thought

Culture is a very broad concept and any human mind scanned things are inevitably left the imprint of culture.Culture plays an irreplaceable role on the national understanding and transforming the world,heritage of civilization,innovation theory,consultative political education,social services and international exchanges.More and more countries,especially among the major powers,pay more attention on cultural soft power contest,and promote to national strategy,while comprehensive national strength competition grow in today's world.No country can only pay attention to the substance hard power,ignoring the culture soft power,which is a lot of historical experience told.Hu Jintao presented the cultural construction thought during his Ruling,which has a solid theoretical foundation,rich content,and high theoretical and practical value.This paper is to study Hu Jintao's cultural construction thought along this train of thought.We hope that we can provide a reference for the practice of building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics of current and coming period.This paper is divided into three parts,which is divided into several sections.The first chapter is about the formation conditions of the cultural construction thought,which including theoretical basis and practical conditions.The Theoretical Origin of Hu Jintao's cultural construction thought include thoughts of Marx,Lenin,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin.The practice conditions of the thought include The goal of building a moderately prosperous society,Rapid growth of cultural consumption and people's strong cultural needs,New changes of Social Transformation,and Fierce international competition.The second chapter is about the main content of Hu Jintao's cultural construction thought.The first is the thought of Enhance national cultural soft power and we discussed Development of cultural productivity,enhance cultural cohesion and enhance the cultural heritage force.The second is the thought of Promote socialist cultural development and prosperity which is discussed from two aspects of to build a harmonious cultural system and improve the supporting nonprofit cultural programs.The third is the thought of Build a socialist core value system and the forth is Strengthen Party Leadership of cultural construction.The third chapter is about Modern Value of Hu Jintao's culture construction thoughts,including theoretical value and practical value.The theoretical value is Enrichment and Development of Marxist Theory on Culture Construction,Deepening the theoretical system of The Chinese characteristic socialism culture and deepening the understanding of the direction and mission of socialist cultural construction.The practical value is Providing practical guidance to enhance China's cultural soft power,Promoting healthy development of Cultural undertakings and industries,The establishment of harmonious and stable social value order.We hope we will give full play to the guiding values of Hu Jintao's culture construction thought in this chapter and enrich the socialist cultural construction theory and practical experience.
