A Research Of The Rural Community Endowment

As the world's most populous developing country,China has entered aging society in the early 21st century.In 2010,the sixth population census report shows that the population aged over 60 years old account for 13.26 percent and the population aged over 65 years old accounts for 8.87 percent.It is predicted that China's aging population degree will be deepened and pressures of provision for the aged will be more serious.The absolute number of elderly people in rural is not only large,but also the aging degree higher than the urban areas.But the endowment way can not meet the elders' demands.Under this background,the community endowment becomes more and more attention.This article around the theme of "rural community endowment" and it is divided into five chapters:The first chapter describes the background and meaning to the study and focus on reviewing the previous studies,the usage of the concept of "community and rural community" and "rural community endowment".At the same time,this article briefly introduces the current research of community endowment.The second chapter mainly introduces the present situation of the rural community endowment,and briefly analysis the main factors which restrict the development of the rural community endowment.The third chapter is the main body of this article.All the data came from the author's field investigation.Firstly,the author introduces community construction situation of Hao tang village,then briefly introduces the basic situation of the interview object.Next,detailed introduces the community endowment services,especially two important projects.Finally,summarize the experiences.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the typical countries and regions' community endowment patterns.The author hopes these community endowment patterns can provide experiences for the rural areas in our country.The fifth chapter explores the development path of the rural community endowment in different aspects.In the long run,the rural community endowment will face some difficulties.But it is undeniable that the rural community endowment can make full use of the existing resources in the rural community,more in line with the actual situation of China's rural areas.The rural community endowment is an ideal choice.
