A Study On The Adaptability Of Government Wechat From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

In recent years, Wechat, the rising mobile internet social platform, has become a new channel to obtain and understand the society information. Official accounts development on Wechat platform has all but lapsed into silence, and government Wechat, delegate of official accounts, is keeping such a high developing speed that the total number has reached more than 40 thousand at the end of 2014. It is obvious worthwhile to do much work to study the adaptability of government Wechat to the demands of service-oriented government construction.In this study, we borrow the adaptability research paradigm, Summarizes the requirements of building service-oriented government,learns the government Wechat feature to study the adaptability of government Wechat to service-oriented government construction demands item by item. Through quantitative survey, typical case study and qualitative analysis of the government Wechat adaptability, we found that: government Wechat has good adaptability to providing high quality public service and enhancing government administration efficiency; government Wechat offers a fine way for encouraging public politics participation, whereas performs poor real adaptability due to lack of response during specific development; adaptability of government Wechat to government work transparancy requires specific conditions. In considering of the early stage of government Wechat development, that many problems will inevitably exist, we conclude that government Wechat can reach the basic adaptability requirements to service-oriented government construction, whereas a clear develop path is still needed. To assist the sound development of government Wechat, this essay make some suggestions to the enhancement of government adaptability.
