Inner Mongolia meteorological department managers for the internal management and external services a lot of work, their job is the lubricant of meteorological department to work effectively in Inner Mongolia, the meteorological service socialization plays an important guiding role. At the moment, the meteorological department of Inner Mongolia performance appraisal system is not sound, cannot work of management objective, fair and effective evaluation. The scientific and reasonable evaluation system of performance appraisal, for Inner Mongolia meteorological department managers to use their own professional knowledge, the standard work, better serve the public, has the vital significance. This paper tries to through the study of itself to explore, in perfect meteorological department management personnel performance evaluation system of Inner Mongolia feasibility Suggestions are put forward.Classification by institution reform, regulate the relationship of politics and transform function and the management way, by 2020, our country will form a new institution management system and operational mechanism. In the reform of management system in government institutions under the big situation, the meteorological department of Inner Mongolia is necessary to perfect management staff performance appraisal system, reform, to better adapt to social public service. The purpose of this paper is to through expert consultation and questionnaire investigation, literature research method, combining with the relevant theory of performance appraisal in human resources management, the study of the investigation materials. And try to use likert scale method and weighting factor analysis, determine the performance appraisal of the different management job key indicators and their weights. Eventually formed a scientific system of meteorological department management personnel performance appraisal system in Inner Mongolia.Through research, to perfect to improve meteorological department management personnel performance evaluation system of Inner Mongolia is put forward three Suggestions: one is to have a human resource management idea, have a correct cognition on performance appraisal; two is to should be a key indicator to determine, weight analysis aspects of design management personnel performance appraisal standard; Three is to effectively use the assessment results, prominent role in the development of performance appraisal in meteorological service. And positioned by science, post to foster competition, salary incentive, training to improve the performance appraisal system to guarantee.In recent years, the meteorological department also in research use efficient performance appraisal system, used for personnel, the daily management of the project, improve the work efficiency. Some studies is tasted, even so, still for the management of meteorological department made a certain contribution tend to be standardized, scientific. In this paper, the meteorological department of Inner Mongolia management staff performance appraisal system of perfect Suggestions, hoping to the meteorological department at the present stage in China institutions of human resource managers to provide some reference and help.
