An Empirical Study On New Occupational Farmer Law Quality

With the deepening and the convening of the eighth session of the Fourth Plenary Session of China legalization process,the rule of law in China to a new road round stage.The rule of law is a long process of construction,we need step by step before the solid line,is bound to every member of society need to upgrade the quality of the law itself.New occupation as farmer farmers represent the future of this group is bound to play a pivotal role.So,in this big situation,how to enhance the efficiency of the legal quality and more new occupation farmers of this group becomes significant.Through "Cnki-Net" searches can be found,the search keyword "new occupation farmers" will be shown a total of 97 in 2014,2013 43,2012 14,2011 1,the good news is the new occupation farmers increasingly get more attention,but compared with other groups are still less than normal number of research;and when the search for the keyword "new occupation farmer law quality" is displayed is actually 0.we find that many researchers in the study of this group of farmers new career when,more concerned about how to make more of their agricultural knowledge,while ignoring the new occupational farmers as a socialist rule of law,improve the quality of law is still in need of social progress,based on this,this paper hopes to make research more scholars focus on the emerging farmers this occupational group concerned with improving the quality of its legislation,in-depth to explore ways to improve the quality of legislation in this group,so as to build a socialist country ruled by law and to lay the foundation.The first part introduces the topic of reason,explains the research of the problem for the promotion of rule of law in China the importance of social progress,in addition to the current research leads to further by presenting the current problems and the different theoretical perspectives.Finally,this paper describes the induction and adhere to literature investigation as the main methods of technical route.The second part introduces the basic theory and basic concepts and theoretical basis are different perspective of the development dimension of the new legal quality peasant occupation deployment instructions,while the legal connotation connotation and quality new career extends farmers and expansionThe third part focuses on the Investigation of new legal quality peasant occupation,the survey data conducted a comprehensive study analyzed in order to provide a basis for the analysis of reasons such as the following: the impact of education on the legal quality of ages comparison of different legal quality differences,differences in the legal ability to use in different situations,as well as new occupational group of farmers in the event of infringement of the relief capacity.The fourth part of the article based on the above data analysis,and problems raised reason analysis,the level of legal environment,institutional and social dimensions of the cognitive level as well as their three new occupational groups of farmers and expand the analysis shows that a comprehensive exposition of the new occupation Farmer Law Quality reasons for the poor.The fifth part of the article to propose a solution for the current problems,design ideas from the legislative level,the level of legal awareness building,the new farmer’s own career and community groups,and other joint efforts,and ultimately new occupation Farmer Law Quality strides.
