Status And Proposal Of The Leadership For Engineering Technical Undergraduate Students In Military University

The engineering technical undergraduate students,developed as the future service man of our military,will engaged in the research and management work in the military.They are recognized as the builders and managers of our military.The improvement of the leadership of them can not only meet the cultivation requirement of the undergraduates,but valuable for the furfure development of our military.In this dissertation,the engineering technical undergraduates in National University of Science and Technology(NUDT)are selected as the research object.Related theory and results from technical leadership research group in the Chinese academy of sciences(CAS)and undergraduate leadership research group in NUDT are referenced.Based on the literatures in the area of the leadership capability,the leadership of engineering technical undergraduates in our military is investigated through enough questionnaires.According to the cases from West Point and MIT in American and Zhejiang University in China,status of the leadership ability of undergraduates is analyzed and fully considered.Reasonable proposal for the cultivation of the engineering technical undergraduates in military university are proposed,including optimization of the top design,promotion of the teaching reform,expansion of the practice approach,strengthen of the team construction and perfection of the mechanism construction.
