Study On Logistics Distribution Of Earthquake Relief In The Mission Region Of The Group Army

Logistics distribution of earthquake relief, which is in the mission region of the Group Army, is one of the important contents of an action other than war. It can provide solid and reliable supply of logistical equipment for the Group Army to carry out earthquake relief mission, and enhance the Group Army's battle and logistics effectiveness, especially logistic support capability under a state of emergency. So this thesis has important supporting roles and theory of value.The thesis takes a qualitative analysis of the concept, characteristics and basic processes of logistics distribution of earthquake relief in the mission region of the Group Army, and the practice of the Wenchuan Quake relief. It explains the uncertainty of the demand in the logistics distribution, analyses of traditional methods of the forecast of the demand, put forward combined method based on BP neural network forecasting, and then carries out an empirical analysis. It analyses the main function of the logistics distribution center, presents the basic principles and factors which should be grasped on the network planning of logistic distribution, and then plans and optimize to the logistics distribution network based on the Cover Model. It also expounds the necessity of logistics distribution path optimization, studies on the influential factors of logistics distribution path selection, analyses of several typical algorithms, and tries to choice logistics distribution route based on AHP.According to the practice of Wenchuan earthquake relief and post experience, the thesis emphasizes on practicality. It studies 3 problems, which are demand forecasting, network planning and route selection. It gives prominence to the practical needs and operability in real work, and tries to put forward methods which are practical, available, easy to use, and particular, feasible. So that it can improve the efficiency and benefits of logistics distribution of earthquake relief in the mission region of the Group Army.
