With the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous development of social economy,People's living standards continue to improve,the people of the product quality and food safety requirements are also more stringent,The quality and technology supervision department is responsible for greater responsibility.Only efforts to improve the quality and technical supervision department management personnel quality and ability,Supervision and management of product quality and food safety can be effectively strengthened.Performance management is a very important part of human resource management.It has the functions of basic,guiding,motivating and supervising.To apply the advanced performance management methods in the management to the performance management of the quality and technical supervision departments,and to effectively stimulate the potential of the inspectors and improve the quality and efficiency of the work.This article tried to inspectors quality supervision department of sichuan province as the research object,comprehensive performance and its management,and other related theory research results,analyze the inspectors performance status of quality supervision department of sichuan province,and the target management,KPI theory combined with practice quality supervision department of sichuan province for the current performance system optimization design is put forward.This article first to qualitative inspect branch of sichuan province inspectors performance management present situation,from the department of the organization structure,age and education structure,as well as the problems of performance,the performance model of the quality supervision department system and detailed analysis;Then this paper analysis the current reason for the quality control department performance model problems in sichuan province,all aspects from understanding,target and the results on deep analysis of the main reasons of these problems can be summarized as the following:(1)the inspection body for office,appraisal main body is single(2)there is no good supervision mechanism,lack of monitoring(3)there is no perfect domestic legal system environment,legal systemconstruction lag(4)performance management safeguard mechanism set problems such as unreasonable;Then in view of the existing problems and its reasons,from the department of performance and performance management mode of two levels,from the implementation of standardized assessment principles,continue to optimize,list the various assessment index assessment method,resolutely safeguard measures to implement and improve feedback mechanisms,and other aspects of personnel performance appraisal of quality supervision department of sichuan province put forward the improvement design;Finally from give full play to the leading role,establish an effective communication mechanism,build professional inspection team,application of information management technology,improve the complaint feedback mechanism to improve the design scheme of the implementation of the concrete Suggestions are put forward.
