Wuhu City Government Performance Management Problems And Countermeasures

Government performance as an important topic in contemporary management theory,new state with dynamic change of social economy and politics,in our country,the government performance management,from the beginning of the last century have scholars has carried on the summary of foreign experience,but this experience and not suitable for the situation of our country.After entering the new century,more and more scholars and researchers have devoted to the theoretical research and practice of government performance,and many academic works have formed at this time.From the time point of view,our government performance management in the start stage,a lot of theoretical knowledge and research methods need to learn the advanced knowledge.It can not only save a lot of time to study,but also to promoting the government performance management of our country go on with the international standards of road.In the theoretical research in the recent ten years,China's government performance management has been quite fruitful results,but the field of study is not static,a lot of knowledge structure and framework with dynamic,must be kept up to date theory to maintain the freshness,this requires our government performance management scholars to view related issues from the perspective of development.In this paper,according to the Wuhu Municipal government performance management system established as the object of study,and actively seek to deficiencies in the actual management work,tentatively with the theory of conflict between,I hope to made a due contribution to the reform of the government performance management in the future.
