Since the 21 st century,the problem which have restricted China's development is increasing significant,however,the major issue is the aging population.Science 1999,China had entered an aging society,the aging development is accelerating.Compared with the developed countries all of the world,the situation of our country is specially.In our country,a lot of places have the situation is that they becoming old but with no money.With the improvement of living standards,rural elders pay a lot attention to the health preserving.As the economies development between the urban and the rural is synchronous,the incomes of urban are generally higher than those rural ones,compared the economic development of the urban area,the rural area is obvious lagging,For those families which have the old peoples who had no incomes,that are big problem for provide the elderly..As the young people are drain,the aging degree of the country areas are more significant than the urban areas.Therefore,the aging problem in rural areas are undergoing the trial.At present,the situation of our country which is aging rapidlly,the provide for the aging must be solved,in such a severed society,which should our government do,how to care for the increasing number of elderly people?The elderly people how to choose the life when they becoming old? How to provide the aging,development or still.This article aims at a small village which in northeast areas Heilongjiang Provience called fulu,treat the current problem aging.In 2014 the fulu government put forward to build pension residential area in Pingsheng village fulu country Muling City(Rural old-age area,the old-age residential area of the company Living in a residential area and centralized residential areas).At the same time,solve the aging problem of the fulu areas,which can promote the economies.Based the project is over,this article have done the further study of the aging problem.Through the natural conditions,human situations,and the situations in other countries,put forward the solutions of the aging problems in fulu,Muling city.
