The Research Of Service Oriented E-government Culture Construction In JingZhou

Since 1990,the world began to research e-government,to explore new ways of government administrative services.Compared to other developed countries like Australia and Singapore,China started late,so the level of development is also relatively backward.For the government,the development of the e-government is to provide better service.At present,our country is in the transition period of government,is exploring the building of service oriented government.Therefore,it provides the possibility for the connection of e-government and the service-oriented government.This paper,take e-government and service-oriented government construction as the entry point,and select the service oriented e-government culture construction as the research object.This paper also studies the successful experiences of the developed countries in the construction of e-government and the improvement of the public service and take them as a guide to the construction of service oriented e-government culture.Then it analyzes the achievements and problems in the process of construction,and puts forward solving method.In this paper,we studied the service oriented e-government culture by investigation of interview? literature research and questionnaire.Find out the the problems of service oriented e-government culture construction and puts forward solving method.The introduction part relates to the research background and significance,domestic and international research status and development trends,research content and research methods.In the second chapter,we discussed the connotation,elements and characteristics of the service oriented e-government culture.The third chapter studies the status and the achievements of the construction.The forth chapter discussed the problems in the current construction of Jingzhou,and analyzed the reasons for the problems.In the last chapter,put forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to the causes of the problems.Jingzhou as a historic Chinese city,There are some problems in the process of construction.This paper combine the construction of e-government with the service oriented government for solving the problems in the construction process and enriching the theory of administrative management.
