Study On Residents Participation In The Governance Of Urban Multi-ethnic Communtiy

Residents and government authorities jointly build social pattern and enjoy the results of social construction,has become a new direction of social governance,and the center of social governance must be implemented to urban and rural,community.With the evolution of urbanization process,more and more minority people cross the boundary of zuyuan,geography and blood into the urban construction,resulting in the multi-ethnic urban community with national particularity.Through the analysis of the residents participation in community governance of urban multi-ethnic,can enrich the theory of ethnology and sociology,improve the governance level of urban multi-ethnic community,lead the comprehensive improvement of urban comprehensive social governance,to provide a realistic basis for solving the urban national public governance.Based on this,this paper first comb and evaluate the relevant research results at home and abroad,summarizes the successful experience and deficiencies of scholars in this regard,puts forward the research ideas and logical framework,and systematically defines the concepts and connotation of residents participation and community governance,which lays the theoretical foundation for residents to participate in the community.Then,through the questionnaire and in-depth interviews,the paper details how the residents of the multi-ethnic community,represented by Guangxi Nanning,how to understand and participate in community governance,analyzes the value,and evaluates the present situation objectively system.On this basis,in-depth analysis of the objective problems of residents participation in community governance of urban multi-ethnic community,and explore the practical challenges,analyzes the improvement direction of community governance in urban multi-ethnic community of China.Finally,based on the community governance practice of the United States,Singapore and Japan,reflects the deficiencies of our country,and explores the path of the community residents participating in the community,including seven aspects: cultivating trust capital to improve residents' sense of belonging and political mutual trust;Construction of multilingual information platform to achieve the informatization and normalization of residents participation;Fostering inclusive public spirit to promote rational participation and orderly participation of residents;To construct the community of Chinese nation to break the dilemma of community participation in collective behavior;Perfecting the system obstacles of the national autonomous system in order to participate in the residents;Build multivariate consultation system to achieve the national consensus foundation to achieve common governance;Sharing participation results to protect the nationalization and stabilization of residents participation.
