Research On The Path Innovation Of Equalization Of Basic Public Service

With the rapid development of economy in China,citizens' demand for basic public service has altered,and the equalization of basic public service has become the emerging problem urgently for government to solve,meanwhile it's become the new goal of building up a service-oriented government in our country.Since the reform and opening of China,although the basic public service has developed promptly with certain achievements,there are still multiple problems in the equalization of basic public service,such as the inequality in community,region,supply,urban and rural etc.And the current basic public service has the problems of low level,low volume and narrow coverage.The basic public service is way behind the development of economy,unable to realize the effective supply,and unable to satisfy the citizens' demand in new era and new circumstance.Therefore,the utilization of big data provides an effective solution to the equalization of basic public service,by facilitating the process and guaranteeing the supervision and dynamic management,which directly affects the equalization process of basic public service.In this paper,based on the current situation of equalization of basic public service in China,combined with existing researches,according to the New Public Service Theory and the New Public Administration Theory,I will explore the path of equalization of basic public service,meanwhile introduce the concept of big data,and demonstrates the impacts the big data has on basic public service and its equalization.This paper mainly involves research methodology of documentary analysis and theoretical analysis etc.It brings up the big data as the innovative solution to the equalization of basic public service,highlights its impact and puts forward the new idea to accelerate the modernization of basic public service in our country.
