Research On Vigor Stimulation Of Nanchang Social Organizations-Based On The Innovation Of Social Governance

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee pointed out: “We must promote the modernization of the national management system and management ability.It can make the innovation of social governance come true.And in order to achieve this goal,it's necessary to improve the mode of administration and stimulate the vigor of social organization.” The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee emphasized:” The social organization play an important role in the construction of legal society;we must support the social organization to have an effect on social services and interests maintenance.” With the development of the social organization,the social organization has penetrated into people's daily life,played an important role in the social construction and taken a part in the social governance.But so far,the strength of the organization's participation in the social governance is relatively limited and all kinds of problems occur during this process.Nanchang,as the political economic and cultural center of Jiangxi province,its social organization impacts on each area and has become the necessary power for the development of Nanchang's economy and society.Under this circumstance,it is necessary to research the innovation of social governance and kindle the vigor of social organization.The article guided by the theories on public administration,researching on the social organization in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province,based on the current development situation of Nanchang social organization and administration.It analyzes the development of Nanchang social organization and the problems existing in the vigor stimulation and put forward some corresponding suggestions.According to the line of “analysis on theories-analysis on reality-suggestions on policy”,the paper puts the social organization under the circumstance of social governance and talked about the concepts of social organization,including its current development situation.The article is divided into three parts(four chapters):introduction,main text and conclusion.The first part is introduction-analysis stage on theories.It elaborates the reason for selecting this topic,the purpose and the influence of the research,the research situation and the main research idea.The second part is the main text including two chapters,discussing from fouraspects.Firstly,the main content is about basic information on the development of Nanchang social organization.Secondly,it talks about the practice and achievements on vigor stimulation of Nanchang social organization,including the revelation it brings.Thirdly,connecting with the second aspect,it analyses the problems existing in the vigor stimulation of Nanchang social organization,including the reasons for the problems.Fourthly,connecting with the whole text,it tells the measures to stimulate the vigor of social organization from three aspects.They are the law,the government and the social organization.Finally,the conclusion part reiterates the importance of stimulating the vigor of Nanchang social organization and emphasizes the important role it plays in the social governance.Moreover,it expresses the vigor stimulation expectation of Nanchang social organization.The characteristic of the paper is that it analyses the importance of Nanchang social organization from the view of the innovation of social governance.On the one hand,it analyses the significance of the development,the current development situation of Nanchang social organization;on the other hand,it tells the proposals and achievements,the problems and suggestions on vigor stimulation of Nanchang social organization...
