Study On Problems Of Community Service For Old People In Urbanization Process In Zigong

With the intensification of the aging problem and urbanization process in China,old people is acting a very important part in today's society and old-age care is attracting more and more social attention.The traditional family supporting mode and social institutions cannot fully solve the problems between supply and demand in providing for aged people in urbanization process in Zigong.While community service for old people gradually attracts the attention of the public.The paper has carried on a theoretical and practcal reserch on the community service for old people,analyzed the existing problems of Zigong,raised problems and proposed suggestions on the basis of the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference in hope of putting forward some countermeasures for solving the existing problems and offering theoretical bases for the establishment of related policy and support in china.Through finding,collecting and analysising of domestic and foreign models or experience on the community service for old people,we can know the experience of the developed countries and cities.After doing a questionnaire of elderly people in the community,having conversations with workers who provide services,we can know the present situation of community service in Zigong.By using the analysis method to summarize problems in community service for old people in Zigong,learning the excellent experience of developed countries and cities of community services,we can find out the problems and propose effective solutions,including strengthening publicity in the community,allocating resources properly,making relevant rules and regulations,training professional staff members and the introduction of high-tech equipment,and by using those methods,we can find out some solutions to solve these problems.By drawing on years of hands-on experiences from both home and abroad,services for old people in every single community are expected to move to an advanced level and elderly-care services in china as a whole would benefit as a result.
