Investigation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Elderly Care Service In Left Behind Elderly In Mountain Areas

From the beginning of 1980s,with the implementation of reform and open policy,our country is speeding up the process of industrialization,a large number of mountainous area labor force to the city,to a large extent alleviate the employment problems caused by economic development,promote the development of the national economy.At the same time,the outflow of young and middle-aged people who shoulder the main supporting obligations of the pension system has led to the absence of the carrier of the provision of services for the aged in the mountain areas,and the traditional family support system has been strongly impacted.The service for the elderly left behind in the mountainous areas has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper selects the typical Shangzhou District in poor mountainous areas of Shangluo city in Shaanxi Province town of H for empirical research.From the five aspects of the economic support,life care,spiritual comfort,living conditions and community support,the questionnaire and in-depth interviews were carried out respectively.Through investigation and analysis,the town of H in elderly pension services,the problems of economic support,life care,spiritual comfort,lack of poor living conditions and lack of community support mechanism is not perfect on the whole.Finally,from the individual level,family level and social level,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the elderly service in the mountainous areas.The article is divided into seven parts,the first part introduces the background and significance of this research,research ideas and research methods and innovation;the second part introduces the research status of the academic circles at home and abroad in terms of pension services;the third part elaborates the concept and the mountain left behind elderly pension related theory;the fourth part introduces the characteristics of the town of H the general situation and the survey sample;the fifth part is the key part of the article,through the questionnaire and interviews of elderly care service status of left behind on the town of H statistical analysis,found that the existing problems;the sixth part is the core part of this chapter,on the mountain of elderly pension service problems are summarized,and put forward opinions and suggestions from the individual level,family level and social level;The last part is the conclusion of the article,summarizes the shortcomings of this study,and puts forward the requirements for future research.
