Study On The Pension Service Demand For The Left-behind Elderly In The Rural Areas

With the aging of the population,and the wave of reform and opening up since the 1980 s,a lot of young adults in rural areas have flooded into urban areas,then a large number of left-behind elderly emerged in rural.Losing labor force,lack of care staff at the same time,this group pension problem has become the comprehensive construction well-off society needs to solve social problems.Ganzhou,which is the old revolutionary base areas,has 12 counties(city,area)into the scope of Luoxiao shan area Jiangxi regional planning.Xingguo is one of the most needy piece area county(city),low level of economic income,poor health care environment,backward social endowment.The special difficulties and poverty in the process of development highlights the pension problem.So,how to solve the problem of old age care for the left-behind elderly in rural areas,to explore the old-age service system for the rural reality,to achieve "old be raised,always depend on ",is the expectations of the majority of the people,is left thousands of left-behind elderly "Chinese dream."Based on the theory of literature research and investigation,this article carries out a questionnaire survey on 148 left-behind elderly in four villages of Yongfeng County,Jiangxi Province,China.,focusing on the investigation of six aspects from the basic situation,economic situation,medical and health status,life care,spiritual comfort and choice of pension mode.After the analysis of the questionnaires,the economic income of the left-behind elderly is poor,coupled with the old and frail medical rigid expenditure increased,the income is low,the high expenditure of outstanding contradictions;Rural medical and health service conditions are poor,leftbehind elderly life self-care ability weakened gradually;By the children go out to work,rural amateur cultural life and other factors,most of the left-behind elderly “house”in the home,the overall quality of life of the elderly is low.In the survey,most elderly people showed an urgent desire to improve their old-age care and improve their old age.This article puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the service system of the rural old-age service system through the study of the characteristics of different age service needs,such as gender,age,marriage and income level,and puts forward the idea of satisfying the needs of the elderly in the rural areas,integrating various pension service resources,improving the old-age service system,change the concept of old age and gradually formed a “old be raised,always depend on and happy” good situation.
