Study On The Legal System Of International Aid For Genetically Modified Food

With the development of biological technology and traditional food production technology has gradually backward,transgenic this new technology makes formation of GM food can play a greater role now GM food has been presented in addition to a wide range,all kinds of food,including almost all the transgenic technology.Due to the rapid development of transgenic technology,transgenic food in the international community also will play more and more important role,whether in developed countries or in developing countries,this is an inevitable trend.Past in the international community,the developed countries to developing countries for food aid is a very normal thing,but now because of the emergence of GM food,the international aid appeared new risks and uncertainties.Because this is a relatively new technology,different countries of the existence,trade,and other aspects are differences in laws and regulations,in food aid in this problem is particularly prominent,so a problem this is now GM food in the international community extensive development.In order to solve this problem,we need to proceed from the law,and solve the differences between the international laws and regulations about genetically modified food,and give the suggestion of the relevant laws.
