Study On The New Rural Community Construction In Jiaozhou Of Shandong Province

Actively promote the construction of new rural communities of Jiaozhou City,is the city of Jiaozhou municipal government according to an important strategy in Jiaozhou city at present situation of rural economic and social development is put forward,is to break the two structure in urban and rural areas,urban and rural development in the integration of major initiatives.It is of great practical significance to explore the establishment of a new rural community in Jiaozhou,in order to improve the living environment of farmers in Jiaozhou and improve the quality of life of farmers in Jiaozhou.This paper studies the current development situation of Jiaozhou City,the construction of new rural communities,the Jiaozhou City,the new rural community construction problems in a careful analysis of the current Jiaozhou City,put forward the construction of new rural communities exist in the community construction layout of the lack of unified planning,infrastructure and service facilities are not perfect;social service system is not to improve the development of non government organizations,slow dynamic elements within the community resources;low,weak community industry ability to support a series of problems.This paper summarizes five factors which influence the construction of new rural communities in Jiaozhou: legal system,legal system,legal system,personnel quality and other factors.Based on the creative design of the new rural community construction in Jiaozhou City,including the new rural community construction scheme of Jiaozhou City: the living environment design,public space design,public service facilities design and integration design,the overall design of the new rural community construction plan of Jiaozhou City,hope to solve the existing new rural community construction in Jiaozhou city the problem,let the new rural community living environment,neighborhood space and public service facilities,industrial development and other specific content improved.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation of the new rural community construction project security measures,in order to better serve the construction of new rural communities in Jiaozhou,and the promotion of relevant experience in the country.
