| The rapid aging of the population has brought serious challenges to social development and has become a major issue in China’s pension needs to be solved urgently.Due to the miniaturization of the family size,the service function of pension has been weakened and the service level has been gradually weakened.The traditional home-based care model has the characteristics of poor communication,lack of supply-demand relationship,low efficiency,low efficiency and quality of service is difficult to measure.The service industry has failed to meet the needs of the community.In this context,the home-based care informatization through the use of Internet thinking,relying on the existing information technology means to upgrade the home-based care service,make up for the deficiencies effectively in its development process,is of great significance to solve the problem of pension service in China,which needs to be vigorously promoted.This study was carried out through the concrete practice of home-based care informatization service in Fuzhou City,analyzes the current problems and their causes,and on the basis of relevant experience to carry out domestic,puts forward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of establishing service support network and organization network,regulating and perfecting the management mechanism and safeguard measures,expected to provide a useful complement to the construction and improvement of home-based care informatization service system. |
