With economic growth and constantly improve the quality of life,the number of the population of China is constantly increasing,the number of disabled people is constantly increasing.Equivalent to sixteen people have one people with disabilities.This figure is sufficient to prove that the promotion and improvement of China's disabled people's health,rehabilitation,education,employment,social participation and other aspects have very important significance.For disabled people employment is a very important thing in their life,but at present in China,the employment of disabled people generally low,which requires finding the right way to improve the employment for disabled persons.From the experience of some developed countries abroad,effective employment training is an important way to enhance the employment rate.To improve the disabled employment training system could improve the level of employment of disabled persons,expand the scope of employment and enhance the employment rate.This paper takes Shanghai disabled employment training as sample to study.First,this paper will classify Shanghai disabled employment and employment form,choose different types of the top ten industries and posts of employment of disabled persons and introduces in detail the main five forms of employment,through these data and statistics.We can understand the present status of the employment of disabled persons in Shanghai.Second,employment training as an important way to increase the employment for disabled persons in Shanghai,this article through the interview method to the Shanghai municipal and individual training center study,carries on the comparison to employment training institutions,training methods used currently to introduce,highlight the characteristics of Shanghai's employment training for the disabled;Third,employment training for the disabled in Shanghai by the concrete practice,from the perspective of the disabled: negative face employment training problems and from the view of training implementation: training institutions of monopoly,the traditional training programs,training environment is limited,insufficient trainer's ability to analysis the four problems,find out the causes of the formation of these problems;Moreover,through to the disabled employment training experience at home and abroad is introduced and compared,suggest the disabled employment training in Shanghai from the policy implementation,training programs,training follow up from three aspects;Finally,the article puts forward policy suggestions to perfect the job training for the disabled in Shanghai,from strengthening and implement relevant policies and regulations,and safeguard measures as the prerequisite,hope that through planning and strengthen the disabled employment training center,as well as to the training effect and in the Shanghai disabled employment training system,improve the employment training of the existing information system,establish the training archives,increase the route of transmission.Hope this article can provide the disabled employment training in Shanghai with reference and reference.
