Since "service-oriented government" was first proposed in 2004,China's administrative system and government functions have been constantly changing and updating."People-oriented" and "public-oriented" have gradually become the core values of government work. The public,as recipients of public service:On one hand, public perception and evaluation is key to the government when measuring its performance. On the other hand, the image of the government that is accepted by the public also serves to the further reform.Exploring the public's role in the relationship between perceived appraisal, government's image and public satisfaction will help the government to meet the public's needs in a more targeted manner and enhance the government's image and public satisfaction. However,Gongshu District has entered the bottleneck period of reforms, and the effect of improving public satisfaction is not obvious. It is necessary to delay the pace of the reform and clarify the direction. In order to solve this practical problem, and to make up for the relatively weak perspective of research on the government image, this paper comprehensively uses literature research, questionnaire surveys, and empirical research methods for the relationship between service evaluation and public satisfaction in Gongshu District Administrative Service Center, and explore the mediating effect of government image. The research results show that the government image has a certain mediating effect in the public satisfaction evaluation of administrative examination and approval services. From the perspective of government image, while increasing the intensity and investment in reform,we should focus on improving the government image and deepen participation.
