Under the background of China’s entry into the new era and the continuous reform and improvement of various systems of the state,especially after the nineteen party convening,the state has put forward a clear requirement to further stimulate the new era of the new era of civil servants in our country,so that the issue of civil servants’ incentive mechanism is paid more attention.At present,China has launched a series of incentive mechanisms for civil servants,so that the incentive mechanism of our civil servants is constantly improving and developing.In addition,after many years of research on the incentive mechanism of civil servants,domestic scholars have enriched the theoretical achievements of civil servants’ incentive mechanism in China.But in the process of the improvement and construction of the civil service incentive mechanism,the research results of the incentive mechanism for the county civil servants are relatively few,and the pertinence is not strong.In 2017,the central rural work conference proposed that "Rural Revitalization Strategy" should promote rural reform.As the majority of the civil servants in the county are in the first line of rural work and the leaders and participants in the construction of the new countryside,how the effectiveness of the county civil servants is directly related to the development of rural reform and the grass-roots political power.Stability.Therefore,through the research to explore the effective incentive mechanism for the county civil servants,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the county civil servants and to improve the administrative ability of the county-level government officials,is of great significance in the new era.This paper,starting from the actual situation of the county civil servants in Jilin Province,uses the research methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and information inquiry,reading a large number of relevant literature,through the study of the incentive mechanism of the civil servants in the county of Jilin Province,to explore the effective incentive mechanism of the county civil servants.The article first introduces the research background,research significance and the current research status of this subject at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the shortcomings of the incentive mechanism,such as "assessment mechanism" and "promotion mechanism" in the current incentive mechanism of county civil servants in Jilin Province,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Finally,in view of the current problems in the implementation of incentive mechanism for countycivil servants in Jilin,the countermeasures are put forward.This article thinks that for the improvement of the existing problems in the incentive mechanism of county civil servants in Jilin Province,we should establish advanced incentive concept,improve the backward incentive means,and make the improvement of incentive means,incentive concept and incentive mechanism three methods effectively combined,so as to make up the current incentive mechanism of County Civil Servants in Jilin province.The lack of it.This article hopes to provide a reference for the improvement of the incentive mechanism of Jilin county civil servants and even the county civil servants through the research on the incentive mechanism of the civil servants in the county of Jilin province.
