The feedback is very positive of the performance evaluation when it was used in the evaluation of the staff in enterprises primarily, it can supervise the teacher, and can improve the activeness, enthusiasm and practical abilities when it is used in teachers' evaluation.The method we used to evaluate the teacher must follow the education law and the present situation of the society development, only in this way our talent introduction system will not inflexible, our education will make a big progress. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research mentality of this article and the method adopted in the process of writing. The second part states the concept of the performance evaluation and its basic theory in principles, purposes and functions.The third part summarizes the achievements since the development of the performance evaluation work and existing problems, based on the survey data and interview.The fourth part The fifth part analyzes the reasons above.The fifth part in view of the performance evaluation present problems in the implementation process, puts forward perfect suggestions on the performance evaluation. In this way our education evaluation system can be improved and optimized, it will become more desirable for the present education situation, improve the evaluation system of the teacher in junior middle school, and make the teachers' performance evaluation more objective?fair and accurate. It will make the teachers more active and creative, guarantee the realization of the blueprint for creative talent training.
