Research On The Provincial Government Of Public Employment Service Optimization

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of China's colleges and universities,the total number of college graduates showed an increasing trend year by year.Regional differences in employment,different abilities of graduates,jointly caused the problem of employment of them.As the highest level of local government managers provincial government to be the main provider of public employment service for college students,facing many problems that need to be solved urgently.In this paper,combined with the theory of intergovernment relations,search theory,and multi center governance theory.By using the method of literature induction,the method of questionnaire survey and the method of comparative research,studied the optimization of the public employment service of taking Jilin Province as an example of the provincial government college students.This paper includes introduction,text and conclusion three sections.The introduction part expounds the background and significance of the research on the optimization of the public employment service of the provincial government college students,introduces the research status of related problems at home and abroad,and research ideas and methods.The first part defines the core concepts,analyzes both aspects of theoretical basis and practical significance in necessity.The second part introduces the departments of public employment service of college students in Jilin Province,summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the reasons.The third part strengthens the thought of optimization.The fourth part combines with the advanced experience at home and abroad,puts forward the suggestions for the government of Jilin Province.In this paper,based on the perspective of public service,studied the provincial government to promote the employment of college students.Taking a case of Jilin Province,provided theoretical and practical functions for the realization of public employment service of college students.
