Study On Construction And Operation Effect Evaluation Of The Integration Mechanism Of Training, Scientific Research And Medical Treatment Of Hebei Athletics Events

As is known to all,the track and field sports not only has the longest history, but also is the largest sport nowadays. Meantime, it also represents the level of a country or region of competitive sports. At present China is gradually advancing towards the pace of sports power from a big sports country, thus traditional by coach for many years of experience of coaching ideas obviously does not meet the development requirements. This is to say, the introduction of advanced integration mechanism of training, scientific research and medical treatment conforms to the trend of the times.Construction and operation effect evaluation of the integration mechanism of training,scientific research and medical treatment should conduct comprehensive evaluation towards that project after the completion of the project or a phase is completed. This paper may focus on construction and operation effect evaluation of the integration mechanism of training, scientific research and medical treatment of Hebei athletics events. On the one hand, our research not only adapts to the trend of policy-oriented state support of integration mechanism of training, scientific research and medical treatment. Moreover, our study can also carry out evaluation for integration mechanism of training, scientific research and medical treatment of Hebei athletics events, while could make a summary of experiment and lessons for other advanced training system in future.First of all, on the basis of careful study on the evaluation theory of the integration mechanism of training, scientific research and medical treatment, the development of this new type of sports in China has a more in-depth understanding. Then based on the training system, scientific research system, medical system and comprehensive management, a three grade rating index system and integration system effect evaluation are constructed for implementation of the integration mechanism of training, scientific research and medical treatment of Hebei athletics events. Finally, the first class index weights are determined by the set value iteration method, and the two or three level index weights are determined by analytic hierarchy process, and the comprehensive evaluation of the project is based on the model of matter element extension. Evaluation results show that the overall level ofthe system is good, but some details still need to be further improved, such as resource allocation, sector collaboration, equipment, etc. To this end, this paper considers integration mechanism of training, scientific research and medical treatment of Hebei athletics events still need investment in technology, the cultivation of professional staffs, social influence, sectoral collaboration rights, responsibilities division invested as more resources carried on the optimization.
