In the independent study of graduate students,often too much emphasizes on study result and scientific research achievements and ignores the personal learning needs and career development,strengthen the reality demand and ignores the personality development,lead to graduate students' autonomous learning ability is not strong,lack of autonomy,subjectivity,pertinence and developmental.The 13 th Five-year Plan,the central proposed speeds up the agricultural modernization,promoting agricultural sustainable development,need a lot of Agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry science and technology talents into one.This requires our country higher agricultural colleges to foster adaptation and meets the needs of agricultural modernization of high-quality innovative talents.Agricultural graduate students as a part of it,for the construction of agricultural modernization.In this paper,by choosing "career planning" this Angle of view,explore agricultural postgraduate career planning can be incorporated into autonomous learning,in order to realize the agricultural comprehensive development of graduate students,and help the universities how to improve the quality of agricultural graduate education,transport technology outstanding talents for our country to agriculture development.So-called agricultural graduate students career planning in autonomous learning,is to combine both of them,career planning will infiltrate into agricultural graduate students autonomous learning process,promote agricultural graduate students autonomous learning effect,the purpose of concrete from the self-analysis,determine the target,professional reserves,feedback correction,environmental analysis to lead the agricultural graduate students during the period of graduate students to autonomous learning.Agricultural postgraduate career planning into autonomous learning,both the theoretical basis,namely accord with Marxist Theory of Man's All-round Development,to follow the career planning theory,learn from constructivism learning theory,to keep up with the learning phase characteristics of graduate student career planning and the connecting of autonomous learning.Also has its practical basis,namely agricultural graduate students career planning into autonomous learning to make the graduate student's goal clarity,self-knowledge clarifications,socialization of object spatial shape,content,function,way diversification,the effect is more ideal.Therefore,this paper analyzes agricultural postgraduate career planning into the current situation of autonomous learning research helps agricultural graduate students better to raise their comprehensive quality and scientific research ability,help to school,the teacher provide corresponding education and services for students,such as,in turn,for countries to provide more agricultural science and technology talents,contribute to social and economic development.The first part,introduction,introduces the research background of this study and research of theoretical value and practical significance,at the same time the literature related to this research at home and abroad were reviewed briefly.The second part mainly defines the relevant concepts in this paper,and expounds the rel evant theories involved in the paper.The third part,the empirical research.Three of our country agricultural colleges and two non-agricultural college 300 graduate students questionnaire investigation and interview to get the required data.In sorts through the data analysis on the results of comparative analysis of agricultural and non agricultural graduate students career planning,the autonomous learning situation.According to the content of career planning,mainly from the individual,objectives,learning content,feedback correction,analyze the subjective and objective environment in five aspects,and then summarized and summed up the agricultural postgraduate career planning into the characteristics of autonomous learning ability.The fourth part,summarizes the research results,combined with the influence factors of career planning,from five aspects discusses the agricultural postgraduate career planning into autonomous learning in the existing problems.The fifth part,solve the strategy.Bedding and research in chapter four,on the basis of improve agricultural graduate student career planning into the feasibility countermeasures of autonomous learning.
