Recently, the teaching staff of our primary and junior high school as a whole couldn’t adapt to the need of the reform and development of education of a new phase. The school-based training which is embodied as “for school”, “in school” and “on school”, has been proved as a critical form of continued education for teachers accord with the situation of China. So, It is a perfect approach for the teacher to develop their professional quality to develop school-based training actively and deepening the research of school-based training unceasingly. Under this background, the research F School as an sample, by the way of literature search, questionnaire and interview and so on, we analyzed the problems of school-based training, then we tried to put forward countermeasures from the aspects of school-based training of concept, implementers process, develop period, mechanism and effect estimate.
