To cultivate the innovative spirit and practice ability as the key point of quality education, cannot leave the classroom main position, change the way of teachers' teaching and students' learning mode is the key to the teaching in the classroom. Bearing the ideological and moral teaching to promote students moral quality, psychological health, the further development of the legal consciousness, citizen consciousness, forming optimistic attitude towards life, gradually set up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life, the values of the major mission. Discussion-based teaching provides a good way for us. Discussion-based teaching process as a result of both teachers and students can communicate inspire and complete to make the student becomes the study master. It also can reach a consensus, shared, goals and achieve teaching to play better to the teacher's leading role both in teaching implementation of harmony.This thesis mainly includes four parts.The first part introduces the meaning of discussion-based teaching method, principle, characteristic and implementation of discussion-based teaching significance.The second parts the analysis of the problems existing in the moral character discussion-based teaching. Mainly from the improper discussion grasp and discuss timing, unscientific organization forms, imperfect discuss evaluation mechanism four aspects to illustrate problems existing in the present implementation discussion-based teaching method in moral character.The third part explores the reason of the problem existing in the moral character of discussion-based teaching. Mainly from the students understanding of discussion-based teaching method is insufficient, not exert subjectivity; Teachers of discussion-based teaching method improper operation, leading the effect not beautiful; School attaches great importance to the degree of discussion-based teaching is not high, probing into the cause of the problem is not enough guidance of three aspects, in order to solve these problems.The fourth part includes moral character discussion-based teaching effect. It mainly discusses ascension path. Based on the problems put forward to the effective ways to solve the problem, such as clear discussion purpose, reasonable choose discussion; Specific learning tasks, select the appropriate discuss timing; Familiar with the discussion of principles, construct scientific discussion groups; Establish a scientific evaluation mechanism, improve the effect of classroom discussion.Discussion-based teaching regards the student as the main body of teaching, this article through the analysis of the current discussion-based teaching method in junior middle school thinks moral use present situation and the reason. I hope than it will exert positive effects on the ideological and moral teaching in the future, so as to improve the effect of classroom teaching and cultivate creative spirit of a new generation of young people.
