Research Of Entrepreneurship Education In Newly-established Private University

Colleges and Universities in China have entered the Mass Higher Education stage since 2002.On the Mass Higher Education stage,quality standards and training objectives of higher education increasingly diversified.It has become one of the important tasks and goals to develop entrepreneurial talent to institutions of higher learning, especially to the newly-established universities.Public entrepreneurship and innovation was first proposed by Premier Li Keqiang at the World Economic Forum on September,2014.Since then,the public entrepreneurship and innovation has become a new social tendency. Therefore,it is not only the need to promote the development of newly-established private universities to develop entrepreneurship education,but also one of the measures to keep up with the trend of society under the background of Mass Higher Education.Entrepreneurship education is in the infancy stage in newly-established private university. As one of the newly-established private universities,SW University is actively exploring how to develop entrepreneurship education.In this research,SW University is studied as a case, entrepreneurship education environment is analyzed and ways to carry out entrepreneurship education are summarized.And then,some recommendations of how to develop entrepreneurship education are provided to newly-established private universities.The research concentrates on three aspects: First,environment analysis of entrepreneurship education in SW University. Second,entrepreneurship education case studies of SW University. Third,trends and strategies of how to develop entrepreneurship education in newly-established private universities.Through investigation and analysis,it is obvious that SW University has a good external environment to develop entrepreneurship education, such as government policy support, good regional economic development and history and culture of regional entrepreneurship.Within the SW University,on the one hand,there are advantages,such as educational philosophy and orientation, professional setting and private institutions.On the other hand,there are constraints,such as lack of experience in entrepreneurship education, concept bias, lack of resources and so on.Under the overall favorable environment, SW University carried out active exploration of entrepreneurship education.First, entrepreneurship education was written to the talent training scheme.Second,entrepreneurship education curriculum was established. Third,entrepreneurship education relied on College of International Business.Fourth, a series of entrepreneurial activity was carried out.Based on the study of SW University and in the trend of entrepreneurship education with the development of professional education and transformation development of entrepreneurship education,newly-established private universities are suggested to do the following work to develop entrepreneurship education : creating a good business climate,improving the organization and management mechanism,establishting curriculum reasonably,improving teachers' quality and carrying out the practice of entrepreneurship education.
