Vocational health vocational education is a professional technical education mode,which is based on human's health service.With the development of medical and health services,vocational health vocational education plays a more and more important role in the development of medical and health services.The secondary health occupation school there are many graduates can not adapt to the requirements of the employment unit,which is not only the lack of technical skills in the school graduates,should also be attributed to the lack of occupation morals."People's Republic of China occupation education law" fourth stipulates: "the implementation of occupation education must implement the national education policy,the ideological and political education and occupation moral education of occupation,imparting knowledge,training skills,occupation,occupation guidance,and comprehensively improve the quality of education." Visible occupational moral education plays an important role in vocational education.This article has secondary vocational health school students occupation moral education as the starting point,4 health school in Chengdu city as an example,through the analysis of existing methods of occupation moral education mode in vocational school in China and its characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,try through analysis and research,take long repair short,so as to analyze the occupation moral education problems and solutions,to broaden the path of China's middle school moral education occupation occupation health.This paper uses questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature method and other research methods to carry out research around the theme.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part,introduction.This section contains five aspects.First,the research background and the research significance in theory and practice are outlined;second,the study of domestic and foreign scholars and the related results are briefly;third,lists the research methods used in the study;fourth,discusses the theoretical basis of research;fifth,defines the concept of the article in.The second part,the problems of occupational ethics education in secondary vocational school.In-depth understanding of current situation of vocational school occupation moral education,so as to get the main problems in two aspects,one is the method of occupation moral education,on the other hand is the occupation moral education is lack of pertinence.The third part,the cause of the problems of occupational moral education in secondary vocational school.From the analysis of the current situation and existing problems,the main reasons include the particularity of the students,there is a certain degree of conflict of professional education and occupation moral education,students of occupation moral education is not enough,will not penetrate into the humanities occupation moral education,schools and their counterparts in industry and enterprise communication,six aspects the negative impact of the current complicated social environment.In the fourth part,the Countermeasures of improving the effect of occupational moral education in the secondary vocational school.This part puts forward the optimization strategies from five aspects,which can provide effective methods and new ideas for the formation of professional moral quality of students in secondary vocational school.The fifth part is the conclusion.
