Research On The Thought Of The Quadratic Equation And Quadratic Function

Significantly important in high school mathematics,quadratic equation with one unknown and quadratic function are a bridge from elementary mathematics to higher mathematics. The infiltration of quadratic equation with one unknown and quadratic function in teaching activities can help teachers to improve teaching effect, students master the teaching content and the use of mathematical thinking to solve the problem. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the teaching of the quadratic equation with one unknown and quadratic function.Firstly, this study reviews the relevant literature, and then makes a collection and analysis of the studies of the quadratic equation with one unknown and quadratic function both at home and abroad. Secondly, this study makes an introduction to the quadratic equation with one unknown and quadratic function, including some knowledge points and associated theories as well as the relationships between them.Thirdly, the author analyzes and summarizes their application in middle school maths and physics and the national mathematics competitions.Then, through a questionnaire survey to students of Grade Two in senior high school and interviews to some high school maths teachers, this study finds out the problems of the application of the quadratic equation with one unknown and quadratic function at present, as well as the status of teachers'permeation of mathematical thinking in teaching. Finally, according to the analysis of the college entrance examination questions and the questionnaire survey, this study puts forwards some recommendations for teaching and makes a design for guided learning plan and review lectures.
