The new curriculum standard of high school ideological and political lesson emphasizes the practicability and openness of curriculum implementation and defines the curriculum goal of knowledge and skills,process and method,emotion,attitude and value,highlighting the learning process to take students as the main body and playing an active role in students' activeness.Traditional teaching method has certain advantages in realizing the goal of knowledge imparting,however,it is not ideal to realize the goal of cultivating students' practical ability and emotion,attitude and value.Experiential teaching echoes the requirement of the new curriculum standard and makes up for the deficiency of the traditional teaching method in realization the three dimensional goals of the new curriculum,especially the ability and emotion,attitude and values.The Experiential Learning advocates students to sense and comprehend knowledge which is confirmed in practice personally,to create knowledge by the transformation of the experience,completing meaning construction in the process of experience independently.On the basis of my own teaching practice,taking the course of "democratic decision-making: to make the best choice" as an example,this paper studies on the design and implementation of experiential teaching in high school ideological and political lessons expect that there will be some enlightenment by experiential teaching in high school ideological and political lessons.Experiential teaching is a teaching form that presents the teaching content by creating a specific situation,enabling students to understand and construct knowledge,develop their abilities,generate emotions and generate meaning in the experience.Experiential learning theory,constructivism learning theory,humanistic learning theory and tacit knowledge theory provide a sufficient theoretical basis for experiential teaching.The implementation of experiential teaching in high school ideological and political education is of great significance to the study and development of high school students.It can stimulate students ' interests in learning and help students become self-oriented learners and accumulate the students' ability of success.The success of experiential teaching relies heavily on the perfection of experiential teaching design.Take the "democratic decision-making: to make the best choice" this lesson as an example to do agood job of experiential teaching design.We must be fully prepared for teaching design,including making specific teaching objectives clear,studying the teaching difficulties,adopting appropriate teaching strategies and designing the teaching process scientifically.The design of teaching process is divided into four aspects,from "create the situation,open the experience" to "problem introduction,stimulate experience" to "exchange of reflection,internalization experience" to "feedback evaluation,sublimation experience",so that students through personal experience to promote the ability and emotion,attitude and values of the progressive development.Throughout the learning experience,learners automatically complete the feedback and adjustment.It promotes learners' cogitation and emotion to develop progressively in the process of experience.In the process of experiential teaching of "democratic decision-making: to make the best choice",the following problems are found: the combination of activity setting and teaching goal is not clear;student participation is not enough,lacking of stamina;evaluation methods and contents are single and one-sided.In order to continuously improve the effect of experiential teaching,we should pay attention to: teaching activities set more targeted;teaching content design to have affinity;teaching evaluation methods and content to be diversified.To modify and improve the initial teaching design will show a more reasonable secondary teaching design.Only by constantly optimizing the teaching design,in order to better realize the students' experiential learning.Only by constantly optimizing the teaching design can be the students' experiential learning realized better.
