The last century at the beginning of the 90 s Finland Department of education reform of higher education,set up non-polytechnic university organization mechanism is composed of high schools after the occupation education school merged(i.e.University of Applied Sciences).It is the youngest of the colleges of Finland,and part of Finland higher education is essential,can be on an equal footing with the comprehensive university.With the development of economy and society,Finland University of Applied Sciences has made a great contribution to the development of regional economy,which has been praised by all sectors of society in Finland.Nearly half of college students in Finland are students of the University of applied sciences.After nearly 30 years of development,Finland University of Applied Sciences has formed its own school running mode.This paper takes the development of Finland University of Applied Sciences as the research object,with its creation background and the three historical stages of development for the track,reveal the law of change in the process of its development,summarizes its characteristics and development experience and its reference to the development of higher occupation education China.This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter one: brief introduction to the background,development and status of Finland University of applied sciences.The second chapter: to conduct a comprehensive study on the development of education in Finland University of Applied Science,including basic situation,college education teaching mode,teachers team construction,research,development and innovation(R&D&I),and other aspects of quality assurance system.The third chapter mainly summarize the characteristics,formation of the Finland University of Applied Sciences in the process of the development of professional courses: flexible and next to the local economic development,teachers' requirements and focus on teacher training,school enterprise cooperation and work closely to ensure the quality of teaching and life,and has a special machine to improve the system of financial security.The fourth chapter: the successful experience and Enlightenment of the development of education in Finland University of Applied Sciences,first analyzes some problems existing in the development of the transformation of local colleges in China,school location is not clear,the lack of professional settings,characteristics of teachers needs to be improved,the cooperation needs to be strengthened.Secondly,summarized the Finland University of Applied Sciences in Local Undergraduate Colleges in China's transformation enlightenment: defining the colleges positioning to meet the actual needs of the place;improve the construction of teaching staff and improve the teaching quality of output;strengthen cooperation to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements;perfect the quality guarantee system to promote the development of the quality of colleges and universities.Through the study,in order to provide a reference for the transformation of local colleges and universities in our country,boost the development of sound and rapid development.
