The Present Situation,Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Children's Right To Play In China

The play is the nature of children and the basic way to perceive the world around them. It's not only the origin of children's health and happiness, but also the carrier of life and study in childhood. Due to the natural contact both the play and children's life, the value identity about the play to children's learning and development, and the consciousness awakening and connotation development of Human rights, it becomes very important identifying for the modern society civilization degree to admit the children's right to play and do something to realize that.Now,people in China have little idea about the children's right to play,and there lacks the institutional improvement and the environment and living conditions,which leads to many dilemmas in protecting the children's right to play. That's the reasons for this article to discuss the origin and value on children's right to play and to analyze the dilemma in protect it,and then explore the ideas and detailed countermeasures to improve it.The content of this paper mainly includes the following three parts:The first part elaborates the origin and value of children's right to play. Analyzing the development of concept and practice about the children's right to play from west to china to clarify the evolutionary process of children's right to play.At the same time, discussing the value of children's right to play to lay the foundation and rationality of it from the development value,humanistic value and cultural value.The second part comprehensively analyzes the present situation and dilemma of the children's right to play.In the first place,to objectively exposit the present situation of it from the concept of popularity, system construction, education policy and medium transition. And then point out the realistic dilemmas of it in our country,such as the lack of effective law, the "noneffective play" occupying the play in education, the competition of study squeezing too much time of play, mass medium impairing the nature to play,etc.The third part actually searches the elementary way and the specific measures of the protection of children's right to play in china. Based on the present situation and dilemmas of children's right to play in china, firstly establish the basic path to protect it from the institutional construction, the concept of popularity and the improvement of education,and secondly put forward the specific countermeasures, such as promoting the legislation about the children's right to play,strengthening the special functions of the government.deepening education reform, etc.
