Preschool education is not only an important component of our education system,but also an important social welfare undertakings.Nowadays,countries in the world have realized the importance of pre-school education and have made the development of pre-school education an important task of the government.The development of preschool education in our country has been changing for centuries.At present,it is in the crucial period of both opportunities and challenges.The importance of the government and people's attention have been greatly enhanced.The value of pre-school education has gradually been recognized by the society.In 2010 China promulgated the "National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan",the document mentioned to focus on the development of rural pre-school education.In China,rural economy,culture and education are relatively weak.The present situation of rural pre-school education is not optimistic.It is not only arduous and urgent to develop pre-school education in rural areas and guarantee the basic right of every school-age children to receive pre-school education.Based on the present situation of rural pre-school education in Huaiyuan County of Anhui Province,and on the basis of fully affirming the positive results of preschool education in Huaiyuan County under the action plan of pre-school three-year plan,through the field investigation,interview and literature analysis,Rural pre-school education problems,and further analysis of its causes,to promote the development of rural pre-school education in Huaiyuan County effective strategy.Through the research,the author thinks that the rural pre-school education of Huaiyuan County has some problems such as weak teachers,weak management system,insufficient funds system and backward running school.In view of these problems,give full consideration to its causes,combined with Huaiyuan County,the actual situation,this paper can strengthen the Huaiyuan rural pre-school education development policy of top-level design,improve the rural preschool education funding mechanism,reform rural kindergarten park system and strengthen rural Preschool education teachers,strengthen the rural pre-school education management,and promote the Huaiyuan County rural pre-school health long-term development.
