Research On The Relationship Between Occupational Values And Job-search Behavior Of The Post-90 Colleage Students

Based on the theoretical research,this paper adopts the occupational values scale,social support scale and job-search behavior scale,in 259 Post-90 college students as the research object,investigate and study on the present situation and problems of occupational values and job-search behavior,by using SPSS software,the data are given individual variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis and the mediation effect analysis,the results show as follows:The Post-90 college students’ vocational values is in the medium higher level,job-search behavior is in the medium level;some demography variables difference has a significant effect on Post-90 college students’ occupational values and job-search behavior,among them,the gender differences has a significant effect on hygiene factor of occupational values and job-search frequency factor of job-search behavior;the professional background differences has a significant effect on prestige status factor of occupational values;the source background differences and whether one-child have a significant effect on short-term and long-term factor of job-search behavior;The Post-90 college students’ occupational values overall and prestige status factors has significant positive correlation to job-search behavior overall,job-search intensity factor,short-term and long-term factor and relationship job-search factor;self development factor has significant positive correlation to job-search intensity factor,short-term and long-term factor,independent job-search factor and relationship job-search factor;The Post-90 college students’ occupational values overall has significant positive good prediction effect on job-search behavior;hygiene factor has significant positive good prediction effect on job-search intensity factor,short-term and long-term factor and relationship job-search factor;prestige status factors has significant positive good prediction effect on independent job-search factor and relationship job-search factor;The Post-90 college students’ social support has a party mediation effect between occupational values and job-search behavior,the test results showed that social support has a party mediation effect between in post-90 college students’ prestige status factors of occupational values and independent job-search factor as well as the relationship between prestige status factors of occupational values and relationship job-search factor,indicate that prestige status occupational values can affect the independent job-search factor and relationship job-search factor directly,at the same time,also can affect the independent job-search factor and relationship job-search factor by social support。Finally,according to the paper’s research conclusion,proposed in view of the post-90 college students’ occupational values education and suggested measures to improve the job-search behavior.
