Since the 20 th century,China's school music education Germany,the United States and Russia for the teacher,in the development of this model,the moving away from and played down the Chinese traditional music culture,formed in the western music culture as the center of music education system.Therefore,in the elementary school music education in the need to carry out the work at a deeper level.After the 21 st century with the ideas of carrying forward national music in the new curriculum standard,makes the heritage national music and see the new development opportunity.National music teaching of primary and secondary schools for the survival and development of traditional music is of great historical significance and the positive practical significance.As a music teacher,we have an obligation to help students better learning in music class the ethnic music,the inheritance spirit every bit of prolonged to all students,so in this article want to by this idea,the introduction of national elements in music class in elementary school,guide students to appreciate and learn to sing the Mongolian music.Nowadays many elementary school classroom environment and other hardware facilities has improved a lot,but the environment is a foundation of student's study,focus on teaching process and the method is applied proper,primary school music lesson software strength is not strong,the old teaching ideas,teachers speak content failed to contact with the present life environment,in order to solve this problem,we will present popular music to join,is the result of teaching material and is not limited to the teaching material,will be better,more conducive to students enjoy pop songs in the music class to join the class.Introducing the national music and popular elements in music class(appreciation,learning style of Mongolian folk songsand sing popular songs),and through the development in the teaching of new ideas,breaking the past old,single teaching form,by the changes of teaching form,enrich the students' learning styles.Based on the author's Inner Mongolia region of the study,according to the characteristics of the students in the age of different,a lot of music carrier will differ from different students,also can produce different effects during the study,we will change to learn music,we can't in the past,in the teaching should expand ideas,exert students' imagination,and by joining methods such as music competition,let each student to participate in music activities,training students' mutual cooperation,learn from each other's collective consciousness.This article is divided into four parts,mainly through the perspective of primary school music singing teaching,further expounds the present situation of the elementary school music lessons;How to make the music learning more interesting,the problems facing primary school music class and its analysis;Primary school music class national elements and popular elements,better improve the ability of music learning.In addition to primary school music lessons of discussion of some ways of learning in the learning process,such as: singing contest,a music competition or through their own creative way such as melody of songs to promote students' autonomous learning music better.
