A Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In Primalry School Students' Learning Stress

Primary school students are the reserve talents of our great socialist cause.Knowledge innovation is the driving force for the development of the country and the nation.The fierce competition among countries is essentially the competition of talents and education.For the primary school students,they are still in childhood,love playing is their nature.Besides learning,it is necessary to allocate them more freedom time to develop their own interests and explore the individual ability and personality development.But learning pressure from parents,schools,social and other factors seriously affect the pupils' physical and mental health,also hinder the development of students' personality,sometimes bring even more serious consequences.So for above these problems,our social responsibility is have to do investigation and do environmental improvement.In this paper,we use social work theory and method to study the life situation of the fourth primary school students in Bain Hu Shu,to understand the status quo of pupils ' learning pressure,and to intervene in the study pressure of pupils through group work and case work method,to some extent alleviate the unhealthy emotion of students caused by excessive learning pressure,unstable psychological performance and improvestudents ' resilience and endurance.To a certain extent,alleviate the excessive learning pressure caused by the students ' unhealthy mood,unstable psychological performance,improve students ' resilience and endurance.The content structure of this dissertation mainly includes introduction,chapter one the current situation of the fourth primary school in Bain Hu Shu student's learning pressure,the second chapter study pressure root and its influence,the third chapter is composed of four parts of social work intervention relieving learning pressure measures.
