The professional accomplishment of a primary school teacher affects the healthy growth of his or her class' students,and is related to the overall development of a primary school.Therefore,the research on the professional accomplishments of primary school t eachers is not only for the practical reference of the work of teachers in primary schoo Is,but also has important significance for promoting the professional development of primary school teachers.This study chooses a teacher at Yanji Y Primary School as the research object.The aims are to strengthen the primary school teacher and the overall quality of the team to improve its management level.Also,this study hopes to serve the individual development of the class teacher and the overall development of the team as well as to explore the best educational effects of the law and to create a good class collective approach.This study looks at a combination of the class teacher,professional qualities of the class teacher and related research literature.Based on previous studies,the elements of the professional qualities of the class teacher can be divided into moral literacy,knowledge literacy,ability literacy,physical and mental accomplishments.Based on the combination of qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods,50 teachers and 500 students from Y primary school in Yanji city,as well as 45 other primary school teachers,were selected to complete teacher and student questionnaires and were interviewed.Research indicates:First,the overall quality of the situation at Y Primary School teacher is good in general,but there are different,mixed levels.Class teacher in the moral quality of the comprehensive recognition of the more standard.In a number of specific operational ethical aspects,teachers can achieve a certain degree of awareness,but the pursuit of the value of the concept has yet to be further improved.Second,in terms of knowledge literacy,Y Primary School teachers' practical knowledge and high knowledge can do with ease,but work directly related to the theoretical knowledge is relatively lacking in the daily life of the class teacher.Thirdly,the class teacher has not yet reached full level of competency in the management of students and the ability to communicate the lack of ability.The quality of literacy also needs to improve further.Fourth,the class teacher is not optimistic in the areas of the physical and mental health sides of situations.The class teacher's physical and mental conditions directly affect the quality of his or her work.Most class teachers often feel fatigue,want fewer outdoor activities,and lack energy in work and rest.Based on the summary and analysis of the factors influencing the professional accomplishments of the primary school teachers in Yanji City,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the professional accomplishments of primary school teac hers in Yanji City.First of all,the subjective initiative of the primary school teacher can improve the professional pursuits of Yanji Y Primary School teachers.Teachers can work on professional development awareness,and focus on their physical and mental adjustment.Second,there needs to be system protection for the Yanji City Y Primary School teachers in order to strengthen the professional development individually and as a system.Finally,in order to optimize the school management,and attach importance to the construction of school culture,Yanji City Y Primary School class teacher need a platform for mutual exchange of learning so as to reduce the pressure on the work of class teachers and to improve the professional level of Yanji City Y class teachers.
