| Teacher’s practical knowledge is refers to the teachers’ reflect on their teaching experience and formed after refining,and then show understanding of the education teaching through their own actions.It has the characteristics of individuality,practicality,situational and so on,as a leading role in the teachers’ teaching activities.Because of the closely related to the teachers’ professional development,teachers’ practical knowledge concerned and approved by people gradually,eventually it becomes a hotspot in research of education.Reviewing the past,the role of knowledge in social development is increasingly highlight into the era of knowledge economy,which is regarded as a kind of beyond the traditional production of modern resources,also known as "knowledge resources".The management of community raised the corresponding knowledge management theory around how to play out the biggest function of the knowledge resources.Initially,Knowledge management is mainly used in the corporate sector,and it is an important intellectual capital in enterprise management.With the deepening of the research,it was introduced into the field of education.A new problem faced by the school management that is how to integrate and manage teachers’ practical knowledge,at the same time makes it to promote teachers’ professional development,producing practical wisdom and promoting school comprehensive strength of the main force.In our country,although has quite a few scholars put forward the idea of teacher’s practical knowledge management and discussed accordingly,but through the observation of the existing research results,the author thinks that generally there are also some problems:Most of the study of teachers’ practical knowledge management are the theoretical arguments,they the lack of practice verification,so that the study is unconvincing.The discussion of teachers’ practical knowledge management often focused on the generative practical knowledge management,while ignoring the research of its original practical knowledge management.Most of the research subject for the "teacher"(for each period ofteachers),but lack of specific period of teachers’ research.Based on above,this article try to make two aspects of knowledge management as the main line,these are teachers’ original practical knowledge management and generative practical knowledge management.at the same time,to combining the theory of knowledge management,and froming the aspects of teachers and schools to analyzes the present situation of high school teachers’ practical knowledge management,so as to providing some effective Suggestions for the development of the high school teachers and schools.This research mainly consists of the following content:The introduction: mainly expounds the reason of the topic selection,combines with the research on related literature,and briefly discussed the research ideas and research significance of paper.The first chapter:making attention to illustrate the relevant theoretical knowledge about teachers’ practical knowledge and teachers’ practical knowledge management,this will be the subsequent research plays a cornerstone role.The second chapter: analyzing two dimensions of knowledge management which are the original knowledge management and generative knowledge management.Original knowledge management from the perspective of static content,make sure the classification of teachers’ personal knowledge,and then clear the specific content;while generative knowledge management from the dynamic perspective to analyzing the process of practical knowledge management.The third chapter:From two aspects(high school teachers and school)to analyze the practical situation of knowledge management respectively.The level of teachers’ analysis these present situation about original practical knowledge management and generative practical knowledge management respectively;while school level analyzed with the focus on the management of the practical knowledge about leadership,organization,system,technology and so on,to manage the teachers’ practical knowledge in order to find the advantages and disadvantages of the existing in the process of.In order to find the existing advantages and disadvantages during the process of teacher practical knowledge management.The fourth chapter: We are based on high school teachers and school management as main body,put forward the corresponding strategy from two aspects respectively. |
