In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the flow and the main mode of left-behind is becoming more and more families,and to increase increase in the number of floating children,nearly a decade by more than80% scale of floating children and xi 'an belongs to the first-tier cities,the floating population is more,xi 'an has a floating population of about 2 million,with two-thirds of all families children trailing in the long term the country more and more children become the floating children,their growth environment will happen very big change,leading to their mental and physical will appear a series of problems And children belong to the social vulnerable groups,need attention and help,as social work professional graduate students at the same time,we have more responsibility and obligation with professional methods to help migrant children,help them better growth and adapt to the society,so from the Angle of the micro and macro point of this subject has very important exploring significance.This paper,taking xi 'an S community of floating children as the service object,by using the self-confidence inventory within the community on some children's confidence level measurement,select the degree of confidence lower floating children as the service object of the present study according to the team members need mutual design team service plan,use the group work method and the dominant perspective and the mirror self theory,through the whole section 8 of the intervention group activities for team members,to effectively improve self-confidence,self-awareness is more clear,see their internal and external advantage resources,the author through the study found that team work to improve urban migrant children's self-confidence have certain effect Through several group activities,the self-confidence and self-efficacy of migrant children have been significantly improved.This study is expected to provide references for relevant studies.
