Input-output Study Of Education Human Capital In Ethnic Areas

Education human capital,as input in the production activities,plays an important role in economic output.In the part of theories,based on the human capital theory and input-output theory,using the method of literature research and empirical research.In terms of research methods,this article will education human capital as a production input item,based on the material capital investment research industry education human capital input and output.In terms of the object,education human capital research in national regions is relatively small,this article through to the Qinghai education human capital input to explore ways to improve and enrich the development of national regions education human capital.First of all,through relevant statistical data,this paper analyses the current situation of education human capital input and output in Qinghai province.Then,the empirical analysis was carried out on the education human capital input and output of Qinghai province.On the one hand,the data envelopment analysis is applied to analyze the human capital investment scale efficiency and scale benefits.There are relatively large differences in all industries education human capital input efficiency,at the same time,most of the industry in Qinghai province education human capital input is in a state of increasing return to scale,to account for the influence of the industry scale,there is biggish difference of education human capital input efficiency,and most of the industries can increase education human capital input to improve the scale efficiency.On the other hand,using input-output analysis method,this paper rese arch education human capital comprehensive input.In the primary industry,secondary industry,education human capital comprehensive input is much larger than direct input,so has bigger indirect impact on the economy of Qinghai province.And the third industry education human capital input mainly constitutes by the direct input,less indirect impact on the economy of Qinghai province,is a relatively independent industry.Finally,according to all industries situation of education human capital input and output,and the growth situation of education human capital,this paper gives some specific suggestions to improve Qinghai province education human capital input.
