| Along with the current social and economic conditions,home ownership is no longer far-fetched in everyone's life,gradually becoming living necessities.Everyone has the right to enjoy appropriate housing facilities.Every family,every man is chasing dreams of owing an appropriate house.The various activities in the production life are dependent on the house,the house is the fundamental of all human activities,so the housing problem is ultimately related to people.Both in real estate development and regulation,housing problem can been completely solved on a person's level,namely,people-oriented.This paper discusses the effect of zhengzhou population structure change on housing demand.In this paper,by analyzing the fifth,sixth census demographic changes and the corresponding changes in housing demand,get the relationship between housing demand and population structure.Using age algorithm to predict age structure change trend,using qualitative analysis method to predict the change of family structure trend,using SPSS regression analysis to predict the change of urban and rural structure,the change trend is used to predict the future population structure of zhengzhou housing needs The results of this study are:first,the demand for housing improvement in zhengzhou is decreased,and the rigid demand is still the main subject of market demand.Second,the future demand for housing in Zhengzhou City will be three-bedroom-based,three-bedroom housing area demand was ladder.Last,,in the future,the urbanization of zhengzhou is slowing down,the overall demand for housing is slowing down,and public rental housing is an effective way to solve the problem of external population housing problem. |
